APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

• Utility – Gas companies which distribute gas, wholesale or retail, by mains in the Delaware Valley, or contiguous areas.

• Manufacturer – Corporations, partnerships or proprietors, maintaining a sales office in the Delaware Valley, or contiguous areas, and purveying gas equipment to industrial commercial or institutional establishments therein, service to users or engineering consultation concerning its application or usage.

• Associate Member – Employees of Utility or Manufacturer Member companies whose employer is a member in good standing of “The Guild”.

• Annual Dues – Annual dues, payable in advance, shall be $100.00 for Utility and the Manufacturing Members, and who are “Voting Members” of “The Guild”. Associate members, who are related by association, or employment to the “Voting Members”, are considered to be “Non-Voting Members”, shall be assessed an annual dues of $5.00, and are to be included in appropriate Guild mailings.

NOTE: Applicants for membership shall complete the application request form found below and pay the first years dues in advance, along with their application. The application must be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors prior to membership acceptance. If an application for membership is not approved, the applicant’s dues check shall be promptly returned.
