Meeting Minutes Delaware Valley Gas Guild Meeting Minutes February 9, 2007 The Spring Meeting/Outing is scheduled for 05/16/08. The desired speaker will be a Professor of Finance discussing Complex Sales. Sherif is following-up with potential speakers. Access to the Gas Guild checking account was discussed. Ed's name will be added to it. Ed will work with Dave Marshall to accomplish this. Dave Marshall will lead the membership dues mailing. Doris can assist with it. The mailing needs to be sent by 02/23/07. A Membership Committee was formed to include: Jim (definite), Ed (definite), Dave Marshall (possibility), and Denny (possibility). The handbook is 95% complete. A current and correct verification may need to take place. The handbook should be finalized for printing by 04/01/07. The handbook is needed for distribution at the Spring Meeting/Outing on 05/11/07. The next meeting will take place on Friday, March 9th at Bennigan's in King of Prussia.
