Meeting Minutes Delaware Valley Gas Guild Meeting Minutes January 14, 2011 Minutes of the 1/14/11 meeting
1. Spring golf outing a. Tentative date: 5/13/11 with 8am start b. PGW was secured for speaking c. Robin agreed to look into AGA contacts for their involvement. Ed B. said that request needs to come from a natural gas distribution member d. Ed B. would get membership list off of web page to begin mailer for outing i. E-Finity has completed creation of database. e. Waiting on Dan to confirm if suggested site will work (no one could remember site name) f. Flyer to be mailed in mid-March 2. Membership a. It was agreed (but not voted on) for membership dues to remain at $100/year b. Ed B. would get membership list generated for board review. From that list, Ed B. would mail membership due renewals and flyer for spring outing. i. Dave to provide membership renewable form 3. Website a. It was determined that the website is out of date and needs to be updated for both appearance and correctness b. E-Finity has volunteered their admin support to complete many tasks related to the webpage. It hasn’t been determined if E-Finity ca completely update website independently. c. Ed B requested admin passwords for website.
4. Future Board Actions a. Membership drive in addition to database provided i. Membership represents approximately 20 companies ii. Membership can be doubled if each board member develops 3 new members 1. To be tabled for next board meeting b. Location for next board meeting to be in the southern territories i. To be tabled for next board meeting 2/11/11
